Changed social structures in the 21st century have brought rapid changes to the human environment through extreme industrialization and computers. So the resultant emotional and sentimental confusion have caused more people to have mental disorders and public criticism. This department aims to study the negative psychological elements in an artistic way(through clay, fabric, wood crafts, and painting) and to find solutions.
Educational Goals
Although intensive studies to solve the psychological problems and emotional anxiety of people as mentioned in the educational objective should be done, as studies in it are in the initial stage and there are few human resources for this. Our society needs to nurture human resources in psychological therapy using art media. Therefore, this department aims to nurture specialized experts who study human emotional and psychological status to promote the stability of our life and society.
