4. The notice for applicants
1) Online email submissions(documents) are NOT possible.
2) Please review the Application Form and Guidelines (attached files) carefully, and prepare the application documents accordingly.
3) Please refer to the department URL links listed in the 2026 GKS University Available Departments file for further details about the departments. Regarding department details and curricula, the GKS Admissions Office will not offer a separate response.
4) The documents you submitted will NOT be returned and additional documents could be required if necessary.
5) For University Track, you have to submit TOTAL 2 SETS of Documents (1 set of ORIGINAL document + 1 set of PHOTOCOPIES[except for the sealed recommendation letter]). Please prepare the documents arranged in the SAME ORDER as written on the application "CHECKLIST" provided by the NIIED. Incomplete documents or non-submission of 1 set of photocopies will result in the disqualification.
※ Note: The documents must be submitted in the order of Application Checklist (see attached file called “GKS-G Application Forms”), and in order for us to quickly identify what your documents are, at the top right of each document, the checklist number and document name should be described on a tiny piece of paper strip.
6) Be sure NOT to use STAPLER, use Clips.
