Notice for Participants of the [2026 Sunchang "Jang" Festival]
순창 장류 축제 참가자 명단을 안내드리니,
붙임파일과 아래 내용을 확인하시고, 출발 당일 늦지 않게 모여주시기 바랍니다.
※ 참가 인원이 제한되어 있어, 모든 신청자를 선발하지 못하는 점 양해해주시기 바랍니다.
※ 참가 신청을 취소하고자 하는 학생은 10/8(목)까지 담당자 이메일(yjseo@chosun.ac.kr)로 연락 바랍니다.

■ 참고사항
1) 참가 학생 결강사유서(출석인정요청서) 발급 가능
→ 10.19.(월) 10시부터, 국제협력팀 사무실 방문하여 수령
※ 과목 및 교수 재량에 따라 인정되지 않을 수 있으므로 반드시 참여 전 해당 교수님께 공결 처리 가능여부 확인
2) 축제장 이용쿠폰 (10,000원) 지급
3) 다과 제공
※ 사전 연락 없이 행사 당일에 불참할 경우, 추후 국제협력팀 행사 참여에서 제외됩니다.

Please check the attached file and the information below, and make sure to arrive at the meeting point on time on the day of departure.
※ Please understand that, due to the limited number of participants, not all applicants can be selected.
※ If you wish to cancel your participation, please contact the person in charge by email (yjseo@chosun.ac.kr) by October 8 (Thu.).

■ Important Information
1) Certificate of Absence (Request for Attendance Recognition) Available
→ Available for pickup at the International Cooperation Team office from 10:00 AM on October 19 (Mon.)
※ However, Approval is subject to the instructor’s discretion, so please confirm with your instructor before participating.
2) Festival voucher ₩10,000
3) Snacks provided
※ Students who do not attend the event without prior notice will be excluded from participating in future events organized by the International Affairs Team.

■ 注意事项
1) 可开具缺课事由证明（出席认定申请书）
→ 自10月19日（周一）上午10:00起，可到国际合作团队办公室领取
※ 根据课程性质及教授的决定，缺课可能无法被认定为公假。参加前请务必提前向教授确认是否可以办理公假及出席认定。
2) 庆典使用优惠券 10,000韩元
3) 提供点心
※ 如未提前联系且在活动当天无故缺席，今后将无法参加国际交流部举办的活动。
